New Client Intake Process

The New Client Intake Process must be completed prior to scheduling an Intake Session. An Intake Processing Fee of $50 will be collected at the initiation of the Intake Process (at checkout). This fee will be credited toward your financial responsibility for your Therapy Intake Session. If your Therapy Intake Session does not occur (e.g. never scheduled, No Show, etc.), the fee will be retained as compensation for the administrative time and costs associated with processing, reviewing, and maintaining intake records.

Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive an email invitation to our Client Portal where our Admin Team will assist you in completing the intake paperwork and scheduling your first appointment. If you do not see this email, be sure to check your spam folder.

If you are an existing client or have previously initiated the intake process, please submit your inquiry via secure messaging in your Client Portal (https://www.therapyportal.com/p/sagecounselingsc/), by contacting your clinician directly via their contact information provided in your Welcome Message, or via the messaging portal on the Contact page of our website (https://www.sagecounselingsc.com/contact).
