What are your Hours of Operation?

Hours of Operation vary based on the clinicians’ schedules. To determine when your preferred clinician is available, please consult the schedule of that clinician through our Request an Appointment option on our Get Started page.

Administrative Hours of Operation:

Tuesday 8:00A - 5:00P
Wednesday 8:00A - 5:00P
Thursday 8:00A - 5:00P
Friday 8:00A - 5:00P

Administrative Offices are Closed for the following holidays:

Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve/Day
New Year’s Eve/Day

Where is your office located?

Sage is located at 104 Trade St, Greer, SC 29651. We are two doors away from SELECT Restaurant, and we are across the street from the Chamber of Commerce.

Is there additional parking?

Yes! You are welcome to park on Trade Street, but there is additional parking behind our building. There is also a rear entrance for convenience (just look for large wooden doors). You can find the additional parking by entering the Main and Victoria Lot into your GPS.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! For a list of in-network insurance providers, please refer to our Get Started page. Please note, not all of our clinicians are currently in-network with all of the insurance providers we accept. For a list of in-network insurance providers specific to each clinician, please refer to our Team page.

What kind of dog is Cocoa? Actually, just tell me all about Cocoa.

Cocoa is a Chiapoo (Chihuahua/Poodle Mix). She does not shed or drool, and she weighs approximately seven pounds. She was born in November 2008, and has been a member of my pack since she was about six-weeks-old. Yes, I have a puppy picture if you’re asking (and we both know you are).
