Administrative Offices are Closed for the following holidays:
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve/Day

Where is your office located?
Sage is located at 66 St Mark Rd, Taylors, SC 29687, in The Offices at Hampton Commons.
What’s the parking situation?
The Offices at Hampton Commons has a free parking lot with wheelchair accessibility.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! For a list of in-network insurance providers, please refer to our Get Started page. Please note, some clinicians may still be awaiting approval to be in-network with some insurance providers we accept. For a list of in-network insurance providers specific to each clinician, please refer to our Team page.
What can I expect when I request my first appointment?
Once you visit our Get Started page and submit a New Client Intake Form, here’s what will happen:
During the Administrative Office Hours detailed above, our Admin Team will create a Client Portal for you.
You will then receive an email inviting you to login to your Client Portal.
There, you will find pending documents and a secure message with instructions for submitting and confirming your Appointment Request.
Once you have completed these documents, our Admin Team will process them and confirm your Appointment Request.
We know. This sounds like a lot. In the past, the information you provide in this intake process would have been gathered by your clinician during your Intake Session. In the interest of getting you quality services as soon as possible, Sage has created this process so you and your clinician can go into your Intake Session with the paperwork finished. That way, you can get right to work getting to know each other and doing therapy.
